Still not getting the AT&T OTA

I don't get it. I was with my best friend this week who is also on AT&T with an S7E. He went into the updates and BAM the Nougat update was available for him. I went, no luck. Tried it again today, no luck. Changed the time to tomorrow to try again, no luck.

How the actual fck does this make any sense. It's obviously not region based as someone sitting right next to me got the update for the same device (well mine is silver and his is black) but it makes no sense.

Why am I still not getting the OTA?

Probably random IMEIs. Push to a certain number one day or hour or minute. Then another set at another time, until they're comfortable pushing to all or making t available to pull by all.
