Still on the Feb Security Patch

I have the international Galaxy S7 Duos variant which is on Nougat 7.0 but I'm still on the February Security patch. Is there any newer version of the OS? why is Samsung always so far behind in security patches?

I think they released the patch of march.

It is also possible there has been nothing to update. However the unlocked versions have been treated very badly
