after moving TONS of stuff from the internal drive to an SD card
and then deleting TONS more stuff from the internal drive -

I STILL keep getting the message that I am out of room - see attached. I still can NOT use my camera.

Not sure what else I can move / delete - I guess all those APPS are the culprit, but I have deleted tons of those as well.

As always, I am grateful for any feedback / suggestions. Thanks!

There are a ton of advice articles online for how to clear up storage on your Android device. Many of them recycle the same advice and steps needed to clear up the issue so you could just throw a dart at a list of them and use whichever one it points to. I pulled this one just at random maybe it will give you the tip you're missing.

Yeah, it seems it's the apps taking up way more than you'd think they should.

I'm not a big app user, but on my phone they still take up just over 40 GB of my internal storage.

While you're in that storage page, tap the "Apps" line and it will switch to another page listing the apps by storage size it takes up. You can then tap into each one and you can clear the cache out of any and all of them if you wish. Clearing data is more dangerous as that will possibly log you out of those apps if they are logged into something to be useful. Like streaming services. But sometimes you need to reset an app, and clearing the data is one quick way to do it.

But, it could be a mail app taking a lot of space if you sync a bunch of email accounts.

That's where to look to give you an idea of the space hog, though.

There's no mystery here, the screen shot you initially posted is a clear indicator you've got 109 GB of apps installed on your 128 GB phone.
You really do need to just step back and evaluate what apps you need and what apps you just want. Then you need to Uninstall the lessor valued apps, even if gives you some twitchy regret. When you do an Uninstall, tap on the app's Clear data button and then the Uninstall button. Using Clear data wipes all that app's settings and config files, along with its cache. Using just Uninstall 'might' wipe the app's settings and configs but some app developers opt to leave them as is. You're attempting to clear free storage space so use Clear data (... note that some apps, like games, retain old scores and ranking in Clear data so use it judiciously. i.e. if you think you might re-install that app in the future).

Otherwise, you should start thinking about upgrading to a newer phone with a lot more internal storage. Even if you do manage to move some apps to your microSD card on your current phone, this only applies to some apps.

Which phone do you have? Moving an app to the SD card typically only moves a portion of the app (and often a small one at that -- primarily app data) to the SD card, because the main part of the app still needs to reside on Internal Storage. So it's not unusual that moving an app to SD doesn't clear up as much Internal Storage as expected.
