I highly recommend the Otterbox defender, which I got for the $300 S8 I got back in August. Amazing case, cost me just $16. Superb protection for those occasional drops onto tile/carpet that happen to even the most careful of us (like me).

Supcase Unicorn Beetle PRO for the Galaxy S8. Best cases on the market. Problem solved. I dont know how anyone uses Otterbox any more. They are garbage. Too expensive and over time the cases wear out and fall apart.

Not to mention they're some of the ugliest cases in existence.

Huge cases like this just ruin a device's look, and phones today are too big by design to add even more bulk with one of these cases.

If you're gonna add bulk to your phone, at least do it with a battery case.

For most people, a cheap < $10 gel/TPU case on eBay should do the job
