Stock Browser After ICS Upgrade

I have a wifi-only GT 10.1, am located in the US, and just got the ICS upgrade OTA. All is working well so far, with one notable exception. I use gReader for my RSS feeds, and the stock browser. Before the ICS upgrade, when I would follow a link from gReader, I would be taken to the website, and if the story had a video, a screen capture from the video would appear on the page, which was a link to the video. The video would start when I touched the image. After the ICS upgrade, when I follow a link to a story with a video, the box that used to have the screen capture is now black, and at its center is a what looks like a lego block with a question mark. If I tap on the box nothing happens. From the icon I take it that I am missing a plug in. I have done some searching but can't find a solution. Any thoughts (apart from switching browsers)?

Thanks.

The stock browser works for me just fine and all of my book marks were carried over and work fine.
Your problem could well be the reader not being compatible with the version of ICS you are now running or may simply need to be reinstalled.
And, of course, if the videos are Flash they are not supported in Android and ICS any longer. Which could also be the problem.
I have no problem running videos from Pulse news feeds.

From the open browser window, open your settings and select desktop view. See if it shows properly now. I haven't figured out a way to make desktop view a default selection, so I use either Boat Browser or ICS+ Browser.

Flash works fine in ICS. Just not in Chrome Browser.
