stock Browser Brightness Defaults to 25%

Having an issue on my brand new 7.0 Plus where the stock browser defaults back to 25% brightness no matter how many times i adjust it. I cant find the setting to fix it and am using Dolphin until it is resolved. Anyone else dealing with this? Ideas?

Same issue. Hoping its going to be fixed soon. I switched over to Opera until fixed.
