Stock Calendar issues

I upgraded from a note 2 to the note 4 and the calendars are really different. On my note 2 I could create multiple calendars within the calendar app. On my note 4 I can not figure out how to create different ones. All I see are options to show Google account, Samsung account, and one on the phone itself. Is there a way to create more?

No, if that will help I will download it. I was just trying to stick to one app. I dislike running multiple apps for one job. I will download it and try it, I can always Uninstall if it's not what I am wanting.

core Google Apps should not be considered superfluous and secondary if you want a full featured experience.

What do you mean by multiple calendars? From what source? What would these multiple calendars be for?

I have my Google calendar, my work Exchange calendar and my wife's Google calendar all added to my S Planner.
