The stock launcher isn't bad but with Nova it makes it ten times better. The only thing I miss is the touchwiz calendar app. Is there anyway to get it?

I'm assuming you mean the widget? Sometimes, most of the time actually, with the modified OEM software the widgets are built into the launcher so when you install a third-party launcher you loose access to those widgets.

There are a lot of calendar widgets in the Play store that will at least give you an agenda but when you click on an event they open the actual calendar app. For me my personal preference is the Pure Calendar Widget because it's just a scrolling agenda. It's a couple bucks but it's so simple and straight forward that I didn't mind paying for it.

Whats wrong with the stock calendar widget using Nova?
You can scroll through your day and see whats going on. Well, that's all I need from a calendar widget.

I just like the looks of it. I use acalander widget but it's not as visually appealing.

Give Jorte calendar a try.

***I believe you can still use the native calendar widget.

And while you're getting all these choices I happen to prefer Android Agenda Widget. Almost exactly the same as Pure Calendar but I like the interface better.

APW fan here. I've tried many of the normally recommend widgets and calendar apps but I keep coming back to APW. (Modern ICS Dark theme) Just a tap to switch between month and agenda view.

Does this one run a little better than Pure? My biggest complaint with Pure is the time it takes to set up or make changes. After I hit save it will say waiting/loading, refresh about 30 times, hang again, then finally show up.

I see no waiting time at all with Android Agenda. There's an almost fully functional version (just missing some minor tweaks I believe) available for download. I would give it a try.
