Stock camera won't save edits

I have the G3 for a few months now and like it. One of the reasons I got it was because of the camera. The problem I've had, though, is that when I edit pictures and tap Done, the changes/edits don't save in the gallery. Any thoughts?

Have you tried a Cache Clear for the Camera, Photos and Gallery, and any other relevant apps? In fact, a general one in Settings, Storage, Cached Data would be quicker.

Is there any chance you are saving you pictures to your SD card? You may have restrictions on things such as edits if you save there.
