Stock Default Messaging App Question

Is there a way to make the stock default messaging app always go to "SMS/MMS" vs it always going to "All Messages"? I find it really annoying to have my voice-mails and texts all in one spot and I know it's as simple as swiping to the left or right to go to SMS/MMS but I'd much rather have it default to always go to SMS/MMS. I really don't want to download an app for messaging I like the stock one. Thanks in advance.
