Stock Dialer.. How to completely eliminate it.

I've used exDialer and Rocket Dialer... Both work reasonably well. However, I still see the bland and unattractive stock dialer rear its ugly head when I need to use the keypad during a call and briefly when I disconnect the call. Any way to eliminate the stock dialer all together? Thanks!!

Weird... no responses. Same problem. I am running a Cyanogen Nightly.... it's so messed up. I can make phone calls and receive... but the never hang up.... I have to reboot.
