stock email app question

So my gf got a sgsIII yesterday & I set it up for her, everything works great, except for the email app.

She uses the email app to check her work email and for whatever reason, the email app is showing not only her work emails, but her gmail and text messages as well. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to fix that.

Any ideas?

I presume that this is an exchange 2010 account. If it is, remove it and re-add. BUT before you keep pressing next, make sure you uncheck text messages during sync selections.

Also make sure that you do not have more than one email account configured within the "email" app. It has the ability to to be a shared inbox if you set it up that way...If you do not want it to behave in that manner then go to the settings and double check what is being synced (text messages, etc) and disable what you don't want to be there.
