Stock Firmware

I rooted my phone and flashed a ROM, I tried all the ROMs and I've noticed that the original firmware performs better. I know that I have to use the computer to get back to stock. My question is, can I get back to stock without using the computer such as Odin and Samsung Kies? Is there a way to do it through custom recovery? Because the last time when I used Samsung Kies the phone had a hard brick.

If you can find a rooted version of the stock ROM then you could; look in the rooting sub-forum.
