stock message app not working with nova?

Is anyone else using nova and not able to use the stock LG text message app? It won't allow me to use it from Nova. Verizon g4. I'm using the Google message app instead.

Interesting, my Verizon g4 says that the app isn't installed when I tried to use it. Verizon messages+ works though

Yup it said the same for me. Never had this happen before. Not the end of the world as I like Google's but I do like the LG pop up box

Interesting, seems like the vast majority of the problems being posted on this forum, regarding the G4, are for Verizon phones.
I'll check a Verizon G4 tomorrow and see if the LG app works under Nova for me.

I wouldn't call it a major problem personally. The phone is gorgeous and is extremely smooth.
