Stock ROM to AOKP

Whenever I go from a stick touchwiz ROM to either an AOKP or AOSP ROM I get this folder that has just a 0and it holds all the stock ROOM stuff.....I go back to touch wiz and I have both folders but when I go to AOKP the 0folder is gone and I can't access it. Why is this"and can I do anything about it?

I heard that the 0 is for the multi-user support. Noticed this as well when I had an S3. But don't remember exactly if what I recall is indeed true. Maybe others will know more.
