Stop Apps from Installing

Hey everyone. Is there a way from apps being automatically installed on my watch. For example, when I linked my phone and watch Amazon, Paypal and a few others got put on the watch. The only way i found to get rid of them was to uninstall the apps. Anyway to not have this happen?

Sorry; don't know. I have few that I want off the watch too. Seems pretty basic to have a choice in the app. Will hunt around for some info too.
