Stopped charging?

Randomly today my Pixel XL stopped taking a charge from both of my Google OEM chargers. The only way I can get the phone charged now is through my PD Vehicle Charger.

Anyone know why this is??

I'm not sure why. Have you tried turning the phone off and charging that way?

This happened to my brother's XL. It was resolved after he rebooted the phone.

Did you add a case to the phone? Some cases have a hole for the charging port which is too small to fit some cables; you may think the cable is fully inserted but it may not be.

Does anything happen at all when you plug in the charger? Do you get the little lightening bolt across the battery icon? Does the screen come on?

Restarted three times and it finally came back. The restart screen after I pressed restart was all black and looked like it froze. Randomly works now.

Update on this. The problem kept happening probably every other day. Contacted Google and they shipped me a new Pixel XL 128.

No more issues since getting it a month ago
