Stopped Vibrating

My Inc just stopped vibrating when i get any notification. I switch to NORMAL and it sounds perfect, i switch to Vibrate and it Stopped completely. Yes i checked all the options and it says Vibrate ON all of them. Anyone had this issue??? (yes tried battery pull)

My is still working fine and it sound like you have checked everything maybe a trip to Verizon is in your future.

I did a hard reset and now everything is working. This is was weird maybe because of some apps
