Recently I've picked up this HTC Desire, and I've only had one problem. The storage is already at max capacity. Take a look. As you can see "Other" takes up more than half of my storage and I don't even know what other is. So if you could please help that would be great! Thanks!

Are you running all stock software? A friend of mine had this issue when he upgraded software on his Nexus 5. The partition was bugged out. He had to re-flash the stock rom for it to reset. If it's a fresh phone maybe you could just try a reset?

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything come up if you tap Other? Does it give you any additional detail?

Nothing comes up! And yes I do remember upgrading the software and then this happened. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Reset, or root and flash the stock rom again.

I contacted HTC a while ago to see what Other was and they said it was things that were on the phone that cannot be tampered with without modification. There is no way for you to free up extra space by resetting and re-flashing the stock ROM. You will just be in the same exact scenario you are currently in. You can however use Aparted and Link2SD to free up extra space. You can also flash another ROM to free up some space, but I prefer using Aparted and Link2SD.
