Storage issues...deleted video, still hogging memory?

My note 9 says its out of memory...when I run storage analyzer it says that 60+Gb is photos and memory, but when I deleted all my videos and looked at the photos, there was only 460mb. Its like the OS is stuck on the 60gb instead of what is actually there? Can send screen shots if that helps..

Welcome to Android Central! Show us screenshots of the Storage menu. You might also want to use DiskUsage to get a better idea of what's using storage.

If you tap one of those categories (like Videos), does it expand to show you more detail about where those videos are stored? If not, then that storage analyzer isn't that useful. Try using the DiskUsage app I suggested.

Also, use My Files (or you can install Files by Google from the Play Store) to get a better idea of what directories those video files are in.

Apps such as Netflix , Disney plus, telegram, Whatsapp
