Storage issues.....

Hey Brains of the internet,

I'm really struggling to understand my storage on my new galaxy s7. I have 32gb as standard. It tells me that it's used 'system memory' of around 7gb, I assume that IOS etc? No problem there. Then it tells me what I've used with apps, photos and music, about another 8gb. Again no major problem. But then it has a heading simply saying other and that takes up nearly 15gb and I have no idea what it is. I've gone into it and it shows me internal storage with the various documents I have saved. No more than a gig tops!!

Please help, what is this mystery other and where has that storage gone??
