Where on an android tablet is solitaire and games like casino APK stored? I need to change tablets and don't care to start over. Thx
I could do that but my history would not be there. When I connected the tablet to my computer, I find many more things in data directory so I'll have a look there.Assuming you didn't sideload the APK, the file would be in a protected system directory. Is there a reason why you can't reinstall it from the Play Store?
Game and app data might be in a user-accessible directory, but it might also be in a protected system directory that you can't access -- it can depend on the developer. Go to your stock file manager app (like Files by Google) and look in the /Android/data directory for a subdirectory related to those apps. If you can find a save game file, then you could probably copy that and paste it into the same directory of the new phone.
True. I do know that one thing that tracks on the phone (I guess) is an app called rewards. It's a survey site, and I lost over $100 when I changed phones. Ugh.Another thing to check would be if those games allow you to sign into an account, like your Google Play Games account or Facebook account. When you do that, your progress is typically saved to the cloud, so that if you installed the game on another device and signed in with that account, your progress would be restored.
Google rewards? You should be able to log back in and see your reward history and balance. I switch phones all the time and the rewards balance carries over.True.
