Storage problem

I dropped my phone last week, shattered the bottom corner and put some cracks in the screen. Don't know if its related, but yesterday when I was using my flashlight app, it kept freezing my phone. Had to battery pull and restart. Tried to uninstall that app and install a new one. Would not install and kept restarting itself. Also when I go to my storage setting, it restarts. I can't even view my photo gallery. I can using photos, but not gallery. any ideas? And I'm sure the damage will negate a manufacturer replacement even if it has nothing to do with its issues? Thanks.

Welcome back! Do you have a microSD inserted? If so, unmount it (in Settings>Storage), remove it and reboot, in case the card got corrupted, or if the SD interface somehow got damaged.
