Storage problem

My storage is 16 gb . But as I see the system is taking 10 gb of space like wtf. I do clean with clean master build in my phone . My phone Is samsung galaxy A 3 2017. My apps only take 700 mb but the system 10 gb wtf. I can attach a screen shot but I don't know how to attach a ss

I just answered this identical post yesterday, see no reason to change my answer. The system takes what it takes, they all do that, no way around it.
