Storage type mismatch while downloading ROM from SP flash tool!

[AC Question]

Hello there/ i have been flashing ROMs on my phone.. but my phone got freezed..so i formatted it with SP flash softwear..now it's completly black. and when i'm trying to flash new rom through thtat sw..i am getting this error!
"Storage type mismatch!
scatter storage type is hw_storage_emmc
target storage type is hw_storage_none"
Please give me a solution

I had th same freaking problem. Downloaded the version 3.xx and run it as admin the problem was solved. Also installed the Win 10 drivers

I solve it I have the same problem. SP Flash 3.1224.01 version fix for me.
Just Run as Administrator + flash ROM with non removable battery.

When I try to use an older version of SP Flash tool like suggested I get the error that my scatter file name is not legal.
