Storage Usage

Under Settings, Storage. display shows several categories, such as, Available, apps, pics, downloads, ets and finally at the bottom Misc. Granted, the amount of space used in this category is small but my question is, do I really need those misc files? Secondly, one of those files is call Beam. I've searched the web for this and can not find anything.

Some of those files are cashe memory dumps for browsers, apps, ect.

Deleting most of the wouldn't prove to have any effect on your phone, but it could reset the memory of some apps, make you lose some information.
