Story Save App Problems

I'm having trouble getting into a couple of stories save apps I get this message and I just want to know what can I use these apps.

For your account security, logging into Facebook from an embedded browser is disabled. You may be able to continue by updating the app you’re logging in from and trying again."

I have used these apps on my old phone I had no problem using it on this phone I have a problem.

Which phone do you have, and which Android version is it on? Have you tried contacting the developers of those apps to see if they are aware of this problem?

Phone - Schok Volt SV55
OS - Android 11 Go Version

It might be an Android Go issue (Android Go is a pared-down version of Android designed for budget phones). I would definitely send an email to the developers and ask if this is a problem related to Android Go.

Also, that app doesn't show up in the Play Store, suggesting it doesn't meet the proper criteria to be listed. This could indicate that the app violates terms of service, as well as being incompatible with many devices.

I've contacted the os company, they said there shouldn't be a problem told me to try another story saver on Google Play store.

What do you mean by "os company"? Do you mean the app developer? Or did you actually speak to Google support?

Sorry I couldn't answer you I got sick with covid 19.

The os (carrier) company that give me this phone Assurance Wireless

I deleted that app and I'm using another, so far with success

With covid-19 I thought I was going to die, it was hell.

I'm still a little weak and slowly recovering but I'm not contagious anymore.
