I understand not everyone writes perfectly, but when you're writing on behalf of a company I think most people expect an professional, correctly written response.

Never have I ever seen such poor spelling and grammatical skills utilized from a company hahaha.

Considering that you pay less than half of what you would pay if you got a "well written" response from AT&T, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
