Straight Talk Sim(Verizon) in a Unlocked Pixel 3 not purchased from Verizon

Has anyone put in a Straight talk Verizon sim in and has fully functionable LTE Data, Voice and MMS with no issues. I bought a Verizon sim and the $55 plan, installed the sim, messed with some APN settings and the best I was able to get was 3G. When I spoke with Straight Talk Support they told me they can't activate my Pixel 3 because I did not purchase it from Verizon and that I need to use a GSM sim. How could this be possible if this phone has all the LTE bands for Verizon. I just think I need the correct settings. Yes or No ?

Can you please post screenshots of your all your network and APN settings if you have it working.....Thanks !!!!

Yes. She always has 4G LTE. We are located in Connecticut.
