Strange Instagram issue - not even a factory reset fixes it!

I got my Note 5 recently and love it, but there is something really odd happening with Instagram.

- After a little bit of use, all photos will stop loading (thumbnails, profile images and feed photos)
- Closing the app from the task manager temporarily fixes the issue.
- Uninstalling the app did not fix it
- It is not IG account dependant. I have tried a few.
- It happens regardless of the network I am on (wifi or 4g)
- Installing the cloned Instwogram APK did not have the same issue, it's only the official IG app, which unfortunately is the one I need.
- A full factory reset did not fix the issue!

I'm not an expert on Android stuff, but I would have though a factory reset would surely solve any app issue.

Apologies if this is not the right section, I am new.

What version are you using? Have you tried a different version? I have not had the issue on my N5 with either of the 2 versions I have used.

I think it may just be an issue with the app itself. My IG was doing the same thing for the past 2 days. I have unlimited data but I was using wifi and the page still would not load. I had not checked to see of the issue had been reported yet.

Facebook and every other application loads fine.

Same here. instagram not loading photos on note 5. Mostly when im on wifi connection. any solution yet?
