I have the same popup and I'm still on UI 2.0 but I'm also on AT&T so it could be an AT&T thing.

i think that you are right. I believe that all the posts on the Samsung forum were AT&T. Once again something is screwed up .. LOL

Ok.. quick update. I haven't gotten that message in several weeks now. I don't remember getting any update for anything inside the secure folder. The only updates I remember getting were for minor stuff. Unless it was for maps? I have no idea.. .but it seems to have gone back to normal for now. But... We'll see what develops. Thanks..

I'm still getting at least twice a day, sometimes more. Annoying because I hate things in my tech I cant fix but not really a big deal. Just pops up for a few seconds at the bottom of my screen then fades away.
