Strange Motor-like Sound from Galaxy S20

[Android Central Question]

Lately my Galaxy S20+5G started making a strange sound, out of the blue. It sounds like a motor or overworked fan with a regular pattern.
I have to turn off the phone and then restart.
This phone is new. Bought a few months ago.

Try safe mode if it still happening?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it sound like its actually coming from the speaker, or is it elsewhere on the phone? If the latter, it might be a faulty vibratory motor.
