Strange occurrence with bluetooth/car setup.

Was just driving in my truck and was talking to a friend and I start hearing the music I was listening to on my phone in the background. Most of the time I am on Sirius through truck audio, but today I was listening to a playlist on my phone. This is the first time I have experienced this. Anyone else?
