Each time I turn on or turn off Airplane mode on my android phone (Lollipop version 5.0.4), I get a message asking which application I want to open something with. I'd link a screenshot, but I can't yet.

It only appears AFTER I turn on or off Airplane mode.

If you can provide us with more info that would be great eg. What message pops up, what is it asking you to set as a default?

I have a screen shot, but I need to get to 10 posts first.
It's not giving any information whatsoever, just giving a list of apps and telling me to choose how to "open an app". I have no idea what this so called app is, nor have I any idea of how the apps on the list are being chosen.
Some of the apps listed are: Calendar, Network Settings, Steam (an application I have), and several others.

For example, if I choose Calendar, it opens Calendar and then closes it, saying "no event was found".
If I choose to open it with something like Network Settings, it actually opens up that section in Settings.
