Strange power on

S5 was laying on its back with the screen off. I have no locking method set. The screen lit up with the red Verizon screen you see when you power on. The screen then went to the 4th page of icons which was the full Amazon screen. It was marked as the home screen. It has never been my home screen. It then flashed the connecting to wifi notice. The battery was at 98%.

Ideas? Something I should worry about?

Well, I took 1 step. Removed the Amazon screen.
