Strange problem with 4.3 installation

Since I installed 4.3, there's a strange problem on my Galaxy S3 (Sprint). It keeps downloading multiple copies of a random picture that I have on my phone. These downloads are filling up my notifications. If I clear them out from my notifications, they show up again 5 minutes later.

Has anyone experienced something like this?
