Strange script on the screen OnePlus 8 Proro

I receive this strange script on the screen of my OP 8 Pro.
I don't know how to solve the problem.
Any advice?

Try putting phone in safe mode see if it goes away ?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean you tried Safe Mode, and the script hasn't gone away yet, or that you haven't tried Safe Mode yet?

It could also be something from Developer Options. Make sure you don't have anything there turned on.
