Strange temporary photo file i can't delete - emulated/150?

Hi guys.

So.... i have some photos which appear in Google Photos, which i cant delete. These dont appear in Samsung Gallery. They seem to be have been created from temporary files when ive moved files from my phone out of the Secure Folder to my Samsung Galaxy Book using Samsung Flow.

Google Photos reckons the file path is "storage/emulated/150/DCIM/Camera" but i cant find this in any file explorer.

Any ideas?
