Strange Z3 Behavior

Hi, Just got my Z3 yesterday and noticed when I was playing around with it that whenever I press the back button the phone won't remember the scroll position of the previous screen and it will always go back to the very top. For example, at the contacts list I scroll down to M and start to edit "Mario", if I press back or cancel it wont come back to where I was on the contact list (will start back up at the top "A"). I checked my LG G2 and it does remember the scroll position so I was wondering if this is the normal behavior for the Z3 or its my phone.

Same here.

However, taking the phone book as an example, rather than hitting the back button on the left, hit the menu button on the right. It minimises the app to the background in the same way going back would, but will keep your place. Hitting back means your telling the phone to go back to the setting as if the app had yet to be opened.

You can also just hit the home button in the middle and the minimised app should still be were you left it also.
