Stream/Mirror to Android TV Box

Is there an app or method to screen mirror my Note 3 via wifi to an Android TV Box running Android 4.0. I don't have a Samsung TV and don't want to buy the samsung wireless hub.

I'd love to mirror ("twin cast?") the screen on one Android device to another Android device, so I'm interested in this answer too. The Miracast products I have seen to date only transmit from a source (tablet or phone) to a receiver (tv).

I found out I can play pictures and videos to the TV box using the included eHomemedia app on the TV box and using the change player function on the Note3. I would still like to mirror the home screen
