streaming to 2010 jetta

Can anybody offer any advice or help ?? Just got the car and the phone and would be 100$% happy with both of I could do this through bluetooth. Phone works fine with the bluetooth

It all depends on whether the car's system supports it.

There are 2 different protocols at work here regarding the BT connection -- the phone features is a separate communications stack than the streaming media feature.

The S3 does support both, but not all vehicles do. My truck, for example, always asks if I wan't to set up the music streaming connection after I've completed the pairing with the phone.

If you car does support it, info on how to setup streaming over BT should be in your owners manual.

Try this:
Settings, bluetooth (turn it on if it isnt), click the gear next to the paired device, check Media audio.
