All I did was overwriting android.policy.odex using Root Explorer.
And my phone was stuck at Samsung logo at reboot.
I had a backup using CWM and tried to resotre the backup using CWM.
Now it's been sitting at below

Restoring data ...
dalvik-cache

it's been sitting there for more than 5 hours.
Is this normal?
Should I wait longer?
I've tried to power off and tried the restore many times.
And the same result.
Stuck at dalvik-cahche.
I tried the restore before and after factory-reset.
But it didn't make any difference.

Any idea what's going on?
I'm rooted and had a lagfix, although the quardrant score wasn't as high as others with the lagfix.
It wasn't even a thousand.

Any help would be appreciated here.
Thanks.

5 hours is way too long. CWM should allow you to manually wipe dalvik-cache, poke around in the menu. Cache is not the same as dalvik-cache.

If all else fails, adb shell in and

rm -rf /data/dalvik-cache/*
reboot recovery

then restore your backup
