Stuck in boot loop

Yes there is. Its fairly simple. You need to go to this link http://androidforums.com/threads/lg-exceed-2-resources.979449/ YOU WILL NEED A COMPUTER OR LAPTOP TO DO THIS. Once you download ask the files you need, open the lg flash tool 2014 out it's pretty much self explanatory... where it says kdz file you select the kdz file you downloaded at the link I posted earlier. Out will be a fairly large file just so you know... I hope I have helped you all out a little bit and if any need any further help let me know you can reach me at

My phone won't turn on or charge, and I left it charge all day and tested to rest it. Still nothing what can I do to fix it myself?

Tried the button combo and the LG logo shows up and then goes away but nothing else happens. This is my step-daughters phone and im trying to fix it without sending it to the shop. It wont go to any screen but when i hit the power button it goes to the LG logo and then the 4g bootup screen just keeps looping and looping for hours. Ive charged it and nothing helps. Any help is appreciated. Phone is an LG LS740 less than a year old. never been messed with just used for normal things like games and texts.

How long does this normally take? I plugged the phone in about 15 minutes ago and started the firmware update and it is still sitting at 0%

Re: Stuck in factory reboot loops

hope u can help...the problem I have is that mine is stuck on the little open box with the arrow pointing out towards the android and blicks every 5 seconds.
I have tryed doing all you suggested volume, home & power buttons; starts up with lg then right back to the same thing ,meaning little open box with the arrow pointing out towards the android and blicks every 5 seconds. so thats where Im stuck please help...thanks in advance

I have this same issue. First it was stuck on the Verizon screen. Tried factory reset to resolve. It has been cycling in the factory reset all night. "Preparing your device" comes up occasionally but the same loop described above.
