stuck in bootloader

So I somehow deleted the data fooling around in recovery on my nexus, and after I restarted it has just been stuck on the google bootloader screen. No matter how long I wait nothing works, battery pulls etc. I still am able to boot into recovery which is a good sign but everytime I try to reinstall a rom or back up I get the message saying can't mount sdcard. And when I plug it into my computer it won't recognize the phone.

So I'm kinda stuck here and at a loss on where to go next.

If you can get to the bootloader you should be able to get to fastboot. If you can get to fastboot you can reapply the images of the rom that way and get it working. If that doesn't work I'd have to guess that you accidentally deleted your sd card partition and will need to recreate it before you can get it working...

Ehhhh I had encrypted the phone, guess this was the whole thing behind me messing with stuff, was able to use Wug's toolkit to flash it back to stock.
