After finally getting into CWRecovery flasher 3.0.0.6

I formatted system boot data cache(etc) then installed aospCMod and gapps but when I reboot I just get sent to recovery flasher over and over.

Well i finally did it myself.

Now I installed aospCMod and everything but it keeps booting into recovery flasher no matter what.

first off, don't edit your posts too much, makes little sense when people come back to the conversation.

Seems like you have made a mess of things :> You will likely need to turn the phone off, pull the microSD card (USB readers are great for this), place a correct image of a ROM on there (call it ROM.zip), boot the phone and have it flash the rom again.

Sorry about the edits...

I will try that in a bit, will report back either way.

Under the advanced menu in the recovery, is there a 'fix boot loop' option? I really have not a lot of experience in sorting that sort of problem out. I only offer it in lieu of someone elses input :)

Nope, just reboot recovery, wipe dalvik cache, wipe battery status, report error, key test, partition sd card and fix permissions.

At this point i would be willing to try any flasher and any ROM just too get it working.

I've fixed this by wiping the /recovery and then flashing another recovery w/ fastboot.

How were you able to get into fastboot mode? None of the usb drivers work for my recovery (CWM3.2.0.0) so I can't use 'adb reboot bootloader'... Is there a certain key combination at poweron to get into fastboot mode?
