Stuck in Custom Recovery Mode

my name frank and i love my lg optimus v but my problem is that i did factory resect but i did not back up and now when i plug the phone up the clockworkmod recovery v5.0.2.7 come on and stay on and i am not getting any action so help please thanks

Tell us exactly what you can do. There's not a lot of info to go from in your post. Are you trying to flash a custom ROM?

If you have a recovery menu that allows you to scroll and select options then try flashing the Xionia v1.2518.6 in it's zipped form just like you would if it was a ROM then going into the advanced section and selecting reboot recovery. Then in the Xionia recovery go to the advanced section and select the "fix recovery loop option"
