Stuck on 4GLTE Screen???

So I unlocked my phone, installed the recovery then did all the following:

Place ROM on SD Card
Reboot to recovery
Wipe all data / Factory reset - Do not restore anything from back up. Do not ask in the thread if you can. You will be referred back to here!
Flash ROM
ROM will boot to fastboot when installation is complete
Press Power to install the kernel / boot.img
Reboot


But No Profit. Phone is stuck on 4GLTE screen. What do I do now?

Managed to install CleanRom 1.7 and the phone booted correctly. The main problem now is that when I try to switch to 2.4 I get a weird wrong image message during HBOOT and then it goes straight to the screen asking me if I want to update. If I hit yes it will update and then say to reboot. If I say no it asks to reboot.
