Question No "add guest" feature in settings

I have a pixel 4xl running Android 8.1.0 configured as a tablet. I have two identical settings apps with the nomenclature: Name - Settings, Version - 8.1.0(27), Package Name - com.android.settings, Size - 33.75 MB. One of these apps is a system app; the other is a user app. The tablet had the two apps when I acquired it. My problem is that the "add guest" feature is not available although I know the settings app has the feature in it. I know this because I had a tablet with the same app but a working "add guest" feature Feem his app to my tablet but I still have no working "add guest" feature. I have used My Android Tools to enable both "Cryptkeeper" and "UserSettingsActivity" to no avail. Can anyone help me enable the working "add guest" feature?

Welcome to Android Central! The Pixel 4 XL shipped with Android 10 and got upgraded to Android 13. Can you clarify which device you have?
