Stuck on Boot screen

i have galaxy note 2 , rooted , with resurrection remix ( android 6)
i am stuck on boot screen , i tried to reinstall and factory reset , install a newer version but no sucsess
what should i do

Restore the backup you made before trying to flash the ROM. That will get you back into the system until you can figure out why it's not booting. Follow the flash instructions provided by the developer and see if that fixes your problem.
