Stuck on Rethink Possible

I accidentally did a factory reset on my LG P506 and I was using GoLauncher. I really had no idea what I was doing and I erased the LG Launcher. (Stupid! Stupid!) now when I turn on the phone I can hear the phone receiving texts etc but it is stuck on the Rethink Possible screen. I am pretty clueless but need to know how I can get this problem resolved...any help woild be appreciated....I am mad at myself

Ok Im pretty much guessing here but what I think your going to need to do is to get a launcher running on your phone by re-installing it via adb. So here is how I would go about it if I were you (no promises I have not tried this at all)

1) Install ADB and the drivers for your phone on your computer there are tutorials out the rear on this (Google is your friend at least till it takes over everything)

2) download the launcher apk (any launcher should work for this but you may have to try a few of them and a few vesrions)

3) install the launcher via adb, the commands should look something like

adb push /enter_your_local_directory_here/GO_Launcher_EX.apk /sdcard/GO_Launcher_EX.apk
adb install GO_Launcher_EX.apk

If all goes well the it will tell you it installed everything ok. My guess then would be to hit the home button and see if anything happens. If not I guess let us know what went wrong and we will try to help more.
